Politics, health care, science, education, and pretty much anything I find interesting

My son Evan was asking about this last night and found this webpage. This is pretty cool.

I post on a legal advice forum and spend a lot of time explaining that the UK has three legal systems, one in England and Wales, one in Scotland and one in N. Ireland, each of which has different legal rules and procedures and court systems, so saying that something happens in the U.K. usually isn’t enough to provide an accurate answer to a legal question.
You left out the words “my wife” right before “found” 🙂
Did you and Evan also watch the video embedded at the end of that page? It’s by one of my favorite YouTube creators, CGP Grey, whose channel is absolutely fantastic. In addition to many geography videos, he’s also kind of obsessed with voting systems and has some stellar explainers on the Electoral College, gerrymandering, single transferable vote, etc. I’ve been following his work for years. He’s made over 100 videos to date, so clear your schedule for the next few hours, and enjoy: https://www.youtube.com/user/CGPGrey/videos
No, we didn’t. Thanks for alerting me. Will definitely watch.
